1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volume, processing time may extend to 2–4 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and courier selection.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress through the courier service.

5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will assist in filing a claim with the courier if necessary. Resolution will depend on courier investigation results.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by our team (wrong item sent or defective product).
